Faniani Coaches employs only the best drivers situated for this post. All our drivers undergo a detailed screening process in their records as well as multiple educational programs.
It goes without saying that all our drivers have all needed licenses for providing their driving services professionally. However, here at Faniani we give a special emphasis to making sure that in addition to that our drivers are also well-spoken in at least 2 foreign languages (English + another European language of their choice in addition to their native language), are well natured and easy-going yet also resistant to stress and constraints that their job sometimes imposes on them.
We make sure that each driver that gets employed for our company has experience in providing international tourism transportation and knows their way around all the practical knowledge to navigate a tour. We have often received positive reviews from tour leaders and clients that the driver went beyond their job description making certain helpful suggestions to the tour leader, taken the bus over a more scenic route to a certain location (with the tour leaders’ consent of course) or made recommendations of local establishments and monuments that only a well-travelled driver that has travelled Europe with diverse groups wide and far would know.
As Faniani Group also encompasses educational facilities you can be sure that we make a special emphasis on providing regular workshops, educational programs, and resources to our drivers where they can share experiences, learn, and perfect new languages and acquire other useful skills for the expertise of their work. We also have a mentorship program in place where our most experienced drivers pass on their knowledge.
