Q: What info do I need to provide in order to get a quote?
A: In order for us to provide you with the best offer we will need the start date and location, end date and location, daily route plan, number of passengers and what size/type of vehicle you are looking for.
Q: Are there any extra costs during the tour?
A: We usually only cover the costs of the vehicle, driver, fuel, VAT and tolls. Any other potnetial costs should be covered by the group. However, we can also estimate these extra costs and add them to our offer.
The drivers meal expenses are 15€/meal, when he cannot eat with the group. The tip is usually 2€ per person per day. The costs of parking and city permits during your trip depend highly on the places you visit - parking charges can range from 8€-60€ per hour and each checkpoint can reach anywhere from 70€-300€. If we have a detailed itinerary however, we can calculate an estimation in advance and add these to your complete trip value.
Q: What is the longest amount of time a driver can drive in a day?
A: Usually the drivers can drive up to 12 hours a day. However, they can work more than that. In the case you need the driver to drive for more than 12 hours per day he has to be payed for working overtime by the tour leader at a rate 100 € / hour (for every started hour).
We can also invoice this cost if you would prefer to arrange it through the office instead of on the spot.
Q: Do your drivers speak English?
A: All of our drivers speak English as this is also the language in which we communicate with them. As an international company with multiple offices across all of Europe, speaking English is one of the first requirements for Faniani drivers as well as the office staff.
Q: What are the payment conditions?
A: In order to confirm your departure we will need a 20% deposit payment . The remaining amount of the payment will be due 15 days before the departure of the group.
